At Essex County Council, we work our upmost hardest to ensure the safety and happiness of children and families across our region and the wellbeing of our children is our greatest drive.
We spoke to colleagues Sonia, who is a Team Manager to the Children and Care team and Padraig, who is a Service Manager across many teams at Essex County Council. They sat down with us to talk about their incredible experiences of working within Children’s Social Care and share with us why working in the sector is so rewarding.
